The Creative Builders were instructed to renovate a tired and dated former estate agent into a sleek and ergonomic solicitor’s office in North London. The brief called for a complete transformation of the workspace, from planning and layout support through to delivery of a fully functioning modern office fit-out.

Layout Planning and Build Process

We began by assisting the client with the new internal layout, ensuring the space could meet both staff and client needs. Once the plan was approved, we began the full renovation, covering every core element of a commercial office build. Our scope included the installation of fresh air systems, air conditioning, glass partitions, and high-quality commercial flooring.

We also fitted brand new toilets, a kitchenette, and all supporting services, including new cabling, data installation, plumbing, lighting, plastering, and painting.

Office Systems and Technical Upgrades

A strong focus was placed on creating a clean, efficient, and comfortable environment for legal professionals and their clients. The data and power infrastructure was designed to support modern office systems, with easy maintenance and long-term usability in mind.

We also implemented acoustic glass partitions to offer privacy without compromising light or openness.

Challenges and Client Coordination

One of the project’s early challenges involved ceiling damage and water ingress. We guided both the client and landlord on how to resolve the issue and helped coordinate repairs before continuing with internal works. Despite these issues, The Creative Builders delivered the project within the agreed budget and timeframe, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
